Last week I flicked channels and hit upon ‘what the ancients did for us’. It was about water carrying systems and mentioned the complicated irrigation systems which must have been in place for the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
Tonight, many years after he last enjoyed fame with Green Door, Julie and You Drive Me Cray-ay-ay-ay-zee Shakin’ Shaky’ Stevens won his heat of ‘Hit me baby one more time’.
Coincidence? I think not.

me too. although i did have one of those head slapping 3am moments last night when i realised that when we went last year Ady stayed with S while me and D went on all the rides. so hoping that either D will decide he is brave enough or bonded enough with someone else to go on the rides while i look after s or that s is happy to stay with another adult while me and D do them. otherwise i see the three of us walking round looking a lot but not actually doing much 🙂
