Of course, those early nights only have benefit…

If you manage to stay asleep for the whole night 🙁

Davies woke at about 12.30am – I had only just gone to bed (back in a bad staying up hours later than Ady habit again which I know really pisses him off – must try harder to get all my virtual life out of the way while he is at work 😉 ) and he wanted a drink so that was managable.

Tarly woke at about 3am. I went to her room and she said she didn’t want to stay in her room because it’s scary (I think I told a couple of you at the weekend that she ‘sees dead people’ so I brought her into our bed.

At 4am Davies woke saying he needed to be sick 🙁 Ironically I was only telling Rachel yesterday how good he is with being sick and dealing with his nosebleeds (as some of you witnessed on Saturday – he simply pinches his nose and comes to find me for a tissue very calmly). So we somehow managed to deal with him and his bowl, Tarly and her curiosity as to why he wanted a bowl and by 5am Ady was up with Scarlett downstairs while Davies was beside me in bed watching Peter Pan.

It’s now just gone 9am and Davies is snuggled beside me on the sofa in a blanket (still vomiting) and Tarly needs some sort of quiet but non messy entertainment organising for her. Hopefully D might sleep a bit and I can do jigsaws or something with S. Rain is lashing the windows so it’s a good day for wearing pjs and blankets and drinking hot chocolate and soup. Can see me blogging lots today 😉
