Mental Tupperware :-)

Still feeling fairly shite, kids crashed out fully medisedded up by 7pm though so hopefully when I turn in myself shortly I will get a semi decent night’s sleep.

Ady has to go somewhere else tomorrow so we have a further quiet day in planned but I have honest real and true intentions of doing something with them tomorrow. If they and I are up to it we might picnic in the park, if not then I have some interesting looking books that arrived in this morning’s BP order to peruse with them.

Spent ages playing with flickr today – uploaded various photos I stumbled across on a disc while looking for something else, so there are now some very cute 2 yo Davies pics on there and some very early ones of tiny baby Tarly which I felt all gooey looking through as I tagged, setted and generally cooed over them.

I had a play with some uploading to website technology which had been scaring me (have you looked Tim? Will have a further play tomorrow) so felt good about that and then as Ady cooked, cleared up and ran me a bath while I was sitting with Davies and I had nothing else to distract me I went online and sorted our holiday out for September. We are going to Cornwall for the first weekend and doing The Eden Project (thanks for the inspiration on that Jules 🙂 ) and then Centerparcs Monday to Friday from there. Mum and Dad are coming with us so Frazer will be house and cat sitting for the week 🙂 Then staying at home for the second week which always ends up being more pricey than actually going away!

So plenty of ‘stuff’ ticked off my to do list today, shame it took being struck down to force me into it. Shoutwatch has also been going well here today – the combination of all of us being subdued and tired as opposed to horrid and tired has helped I am sure so I won’t take all the credit!

  1. which week in Sept? we are really not far off the m/way so if you fancy a stopover en route to Cornwall, shout.

  2. 10th & 11th in Cornwall – we were going to come down on 9th but could not get any cheaper accomodation than 50 quid travelinn so decided against a 3 night stay – might pop in for wee and tea break then 😉

  3. Oh, it’s excellent. I (ahem) have some pictures on fliker. If you email them beforehand, and claim HE status, you will all get in for a VERy reduced rate (£2 for each of us last year AND you get to queue jump, as you go to a different desk to pick them up).
