Probably the week after next (I’m semi planning for Tuesday 25th) I’m taking Davies up to London to go to the Pixar exhibition at the Science Museum. Anyone fancy joining us or meeting up for lunch / play in the basement / wander round afterwards?
Also planning a Legoland trip, probably sometime in May. Does anyone want to be included in that – we get excellent discounted rates as HEors if we pre-book. It’s closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays in May and we do our badger thing on a Monday so it would be a Thursday or Friday trip but I’m open to suggested dates if people are up for coming along.
I’m also aware I’ve not mentioned the October Halloween thing for a while so I’ll chase that up next week and get some idea of where would be available and ask for numbers again.
If the Pixar one is good as the LOTR one, I wouldn’t bother. It was hugely over-priced for what it was.

I’ve just this morning said to James that we need to arrange a Legoland trip. Marcus is desperate to go and of course it would provide plenty of blog bumping opportunities! Don’t think we’d be able to do May though 🙁
Maybe after the summer holidays we’ll try.

A trip to London is always welcome here so we could go even if the Pixar thing soesn’t happen.
Legoland sounds good also. Friday would be best for us.

Bugger, school will get in the way of that, and I’d never get there and back between 9 and 3 just to see you all myself (although it would be tempting, maybe I could get Steve’s mum to pick the kids up!! Or just skive for a day 😉 ).
Would be great to know about October soon though 🙂

We went to the Pixar thing yesterday. TBH there wasn’t a lot for the little ones. It was mainly pre-production pics, animation cells that kind of thing. There was a very cool 3D zoetrope which the kids were fascinated by but the artscape at the end scared the younger two and Brogan had to be taken outside he was crying so much 🙁 The best bit was under 4’s went free in DHs humble opinion LOL!

I’d love to do Legoland but I don’t think finances will allow it 🙁
