It’s ok 🙂
There is a major reshuffle going on there but Ady was called in to be told what a great job he is doing, and be offered some additional responsibilities – and a payrise 🙂
Not huge but with potential to be increased again in a couple of months if he does well – hurrah!
Very curious actually – on the way up to Reading last weekend both kids fell asleep in the car and we had a long chat about where we are going (well Reading at the time obviously, but life wise too!) and where we would like to be. One day we would like to be working for ourselves but timing is wrong at the moment. Ady would need some sort of retraining or proper qualification to do the work he wants to do and I would need more time and freedom that I get currently with the kids still so young and no childcare. Our master plan part one was therefore to look into some sort of evening courses and costs for Ady to get that training.
Today the additional work he’s been offered is in that field and will probably require them to send him on training courses to get the qualifications and training he needs and indeed will mean he has practical experience too. It’s fallen into place quite nicely 🙂
And the sun is shining again now.
And Davies has stopped throwing up 🙂
Brilliant 🙂 🙂 🙂
Congrats to the man 🙂
Yay, fantastic news, what serendipity 🙂 Couldn’t happen to a nicer bloke.
That’s brilliant news!!
Don’t go shopping 😉
Excellent 😀
Great!
That *is* good, especially if someone else is going to pay for real qualifications. Well done that man. 🙂
