For some reason I had in my head that Em’s birthday was 3rd January. So I thought I’d post her birthday card for it to arrive on the day rather than taking it early (because I love getting birthday cards in the post, it makes me feel all special and birthday-ish). Except I realised when we arrived that her birthday is 2nd, which means a card to arrive on 2nd needed to have already been posted. Bugger!
So instead, Lovely, lovely Em, please accept this lovingly made (and possibly slightly stalkerish but lets not dwell on that) photo montage in lieu of the card that should have been arriving through your letterbox on 2nd January to wish you a very happy 30th birthday indeed.
