Following on from my Eyeore style post at the weekend I found this while trawling through some folders on the computer. (also if this works can I please have a large round of applause for achieving it! 🙂 )
Things have moved on a lot from them really and I’ve been meaning to rewrite it for some while and now would be a good time really, but it does re-affirm my belief for me in what we/ I am doing and also allow me to see just how far we have all come in a year.
Thanks for the support while I needed it, I’m sure I will be doing the same for you at some point and equally sure I will be needing it again myself as we continue on this path 🙂
Hi sweetie, sorry to hear about your wobbles – have been very wrapped up in my lot but feeling a bit overwhelmed too. FWIW, at Davies’ age most of Emma’s friends were “hand-picked” – when he’s older he will probably enjoy other less structured ways of making friends but you can’t force someone to be outgoing as you undoubtedly know so I’ll stop wittering. Anyway, glad its feeling better and LARGE CLAPPING NOISE it worked and I’m very impressed. See you tomorrow.
yeah well done – not only on it working but on having an Ed Phil in the first place, I’ve been meaning to write one for the past two years. Until the LEA track me down and ask for one I shouldn’t think it will get written!
Yes, I’m impresssed that you did it at all, never mind so young. I keep saying I will, and I keep saying I do have one, but emm – “my philosophy is to trust that all will be well in the end” will probably not hack it.
Yeeeaaayyy well done it worked. I don’t know what my educational philosophy is just yet but it is time I gave it more thought and put it down on paper. I do like to say “she will understand it or do it when she is ready” – do you think that will pass as an Ed Phil?
