To reiterate everyone who reads this blog is invited to join in, the idea of it is a Halloween themed 4 night youth hostel ‘camp’ with a Halloween party towards the end of the week.
Kirsty, 3 people, willing to share, all OK
Both weeks looking dicey for me atm, towards the end of the week. The first one may get freed up, the second I def need to be home on the Thursday evening. But in fact, with the exception of two, I think, these are probably all too far south for me (and Great Yarmouth and Kings Lynn are the re-run of Kessingland, which is a hellish journey). So I think probably you should make a decision without me, and then if I can manage whatever you decide, then I will. (but of course, def NOT willing to share ;-))
Alison, 5 people (perhaps C but I won’t count him as I doubt it!), don’t mind sharing. Would rather go north to Helmsley or Kirkby Whatsit. No thanks to East Anglia, Margate or Littlehampton. Lynton might be nice. Don’t mind which week, although halfterm might actually be preferable due to activities.
Ali, 3 people, won’t share (oooh I like how that sounds toddlerish – *stamps foot*), all OK (but ones with reasonable public transport access preferred)
Sarah + 3 children all happy to share as long as we vaguely know who we’re sharing with, don’t care where, first week please 🙂
Right, I’ve contacted a couple of people who expressed interest before to check whether they are still wanting to join in and of course if anyone else reads this and wants to jump up and down and say ‘me too, me too’ then please do so, otherwise I aim to think about getting a booking made tomorrow or Friday 🙂
Joanna, 3 or 4, will share if it’s just 3, not if Bill comes too, like the look of Helmsley as fancy spending some time in York! Either week but 3/11 is Isabelle’s birthday.
