Ah now that leads me to a story i was was only telling Rachel today about Scarlett’s HV check when she was a month or so old. She had poohed all over the place and poohed again while I was changing her, I ran out of wipes, she had poohed on the nappy and while I ran off to get new wipes and nappies all the while maintaining an air of capability infront of HV Davies appeared with some chocolates and asked if he could have one – I said yes to shut him up and it was only when he spat it all out again with a ‘yuck’ that I realised they were my vodka shot chocs. HV smiled and said ‘well that saves me a load of paperwork then, I’d have had to report you if he’s swallowed them!’
Asked you over on kidz@home but in case you didn’t see it – what date is Scarlett’s birthday? I’m just nosey, since you mentioned it was just before Christmas – Abbie’s is the 15th.
It’s the 6th – a week Monday. Can’t believe it’s two whole years ago now.
She was due on the 13th and I was really worried she would be born on Christmas Day – I was due on Christmas Day and luckily was 12 days late, luckily she was a few days early.
I so kwym! I was due the 17th with Abbie and desperately wanted her to come before Christmas, or well after! So is your birthday on my wedding anniversary then? Jan 7th?
6th 🙂 Same as at least three other muddlepuddle mummies – and I think last year at least two of us realised we were not only sharing a birthday, but it was our 30th too.
Oh, I can’t count then. Ah well, it’s Chris & Alison’s wedding anniversary that day too …
