Camps 2009

While we were at Helmsley we talked about camps for next year.

I was thinking about one in March and one in December. Helmsley seems to suit most people for a Christmas camp although we could consider others if people wanted – I do like the idea that even if we are unlikely to be lucky enough for snow again we are at least able to plan for proper cold winter weather if we go to North Yorkshire in December!

We’d need deposits to book it – I think £10 per person should cover the 25% and we’ll offer first places to those who came this year. Please let me know asap if you are able to commit the £10 per head to get that booked. Dates would probably be Mon 30th November – Friday 4th December 2009.

I’ve been looking at larger hostels available in March but wanted to know who is potentially up for a camp then? I’m fairly flexible on dates (I think – not checked at work yet!) so really we can decide where we want to be depending on who is coming. eg – Em if you would come if we could be close to you then we can aim for somewhere in Suffolk, there are a couple.
